Terms & Conditions

• "Hearthway" / "We" / "Us" — the educational service operated from 74/5 Huay Kaew Road, Su Thep, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand.
• "Participant" / "You" — any individual who books, pays for, or attends a Hearthway offering.
• "Offerings" — the Calm Conversations Session, Shared Planning Workbook, and Extended Skills Programme.
• "Session" — any scheduled group event facilitated by Hearthway.
• "Workbook" — the Shared Planning Workbook supplied as a written resource.

By booking or attending any Hearthway offering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or over and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If booking on behalf of another person, you confirm they have also agreed to these terms.

• Bookings are confirmed on receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed through our designated payment provider. We do not store card details.
• A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide at booking.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before a session date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of a session will not be refunded, but may be transferred to a future session date at our discretion.
• Workbook purchases are non-refundable once the workbook has been dispatched or accessed.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

• Participants agree to engage with sessions respectfully and not to disrupt other attendees.
• Personal information shared by other participants during group sessions is to be treated as confidential.
• Participants must not record sessions without the written consent of Hearthway and all other participants.
• Participants acknowledge that Hearthway's offerings are educational in nature and that they will seek appropriate professional advice for legal, financial, or clinical matters independently.

All materials produced by Hearthway — including workbooks, handouts, and session summaries — are our intellectual property. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own household purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without our written permission.

Our offerings are provided in good faith as educational resources. We make no representations about their suitability for any specific legal or financial outcome. Results and experiences will vary between individuals. Hearthway is not responsible for decisions made by participants following their engagement with our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Hearthway's liability for any claim arising from these terms or the use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant offering. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

We reserve the right to exclude any participant from a session if their conduct is disruptive, threatening, or harmful to others. In such cases, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. Participants may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the cancellation terms above.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes will first be addressed through informal discussion. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of last update shown at the top. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
